Ingredients:
3 tablespoons EVO
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fish sauce
6 stalks Organic Celery SIPO , thinly sliced on a diagonal
3 shallots thinly sliced
1 Red Cornetto Chilli SIPO, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh Coriander leaves SIPO with tender stems
¼ cup chopped roasted, salted peanuts
