An unprecedented journey through the flavours and aroma of these products, with undisputed and multiple virtues and uses in the kitchen.
The new column will tell about the origin of Herbs and Spices, focusing on the uniqueness of each product, the secrets for the best use in recipes, cooking times, when it is best to use them in the creation of a dish, how to combine them, taste them and present them.
All recipes will be made with great attention to Food Photography that I will personally follow.
