It is possible to quickly and easily prepare delicious croutons that you can add to the soup.
Cut some bread into cubes of about one centimeter and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle them with a little EVO oil and salt, cook them for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven in grill
