CREAMY PUMPKIN SOUP AND BROCCOLI WITH BRAISED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

The preparation of this recipe is very simple and fast, and I assure you that the yield will be fabulous, for the nutritional supplements and for the goodness that will delight your palate.
CREAMY PUMPKIN SOUP AND BROCCOLI WITH BRAISED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Ingredients for 4 people:
400 gr of Pumpkin (I chose the very fresh one proposed already in SIPO cubes)
400 gr of Broccoli
20 Brussels Sprouts SIPO
500 ml Lauretana water
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
Sage
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Method:
Wash the SIPO Cubed Pumpkin and clean the Broccoli.
Cook them over low heat with 500 ml of high-quality water, I chose Acqua Lauretana.
When they are soft, remove the pot from the heat and blend them in order to create a smooth and homogeneous cream that you will serve hot accompanied by the crunchiness and flavour of the Brussels sprouts that you have prepared with a steam cooking and subsequent browning on the plate or with a little butter and sage herb on a very hot non-stick pan.
Serve garnished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper!
